Ryan’s efforts are currently focused on engineering and economic valuations for the firm’s acquisitions and reserves, working closely with Greg Molenkamp.

Ryan entered the industry as a roustabout in north eastern Oklahoma, for a small family owned business while in high school. He began his professional career working at an independent mid-cap, managing properties across the Anadarko and Arkoma basins. In over a decade in the E&P business, Ryan has garnered experience across most of the major U.S. basins in a multitude of capacities including operations, reservoir, reserves, and business development with emphases on asset development, corporate valuations, new ventures, and acquisition & divestitures.

Ryan holds a Petroleum Engineering degree and M.B.A. from the University of Tulsa.
